The site makes contact details and appointment booking available. If you contact us, we process the contact details and information you choose to provide to assess your enquiry and reply. Please do not include special-category personal data or confidential transaction documents in an initial enquiry. Technical connection data may be processed to deliver and protect the website.
Legal basis and required information
Enquiry handling is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or, for general business correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding. Technical security processing serves the legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable website. Contact is voluntary; without a return address or other contact method we may be unable to respond. This site does not subscribe visitors to marketing lists.
How contact and booking work
The email link opens your email service. A message is transmitted when you send it from that service. Booking opens Google Calendar, where Google processes data under its own privacy terms. LinkedIn links open an external website.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised team members and providers involved in hosting, email and appointment management may process data as needed for their services. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites; platform access may require ChatGPT authentication. Depending on the provider, processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards applicable to the service. Retention
