Growth increases complexity, cash needs and information requirements. Accounting alone is not enough.

CFO as a Service introduces planning, forecasting, reporting, treasury and structured dialogue with banks, shareholders and boards.

The goal is not more spreadsheets, but faster decisions, clearer accountability and a finance system that can later be internalised.

Defining a measurable engagement

  • Agree on the decisions the reporting must support.
  • Define the closing calendar, responsibilities and data sources.
  • Prioritise cash, margins, investment and lender communication.
  • Review how management actually uses the tools.

Practical example

If the question is when to invest, the first deliverable may be a cash forecast shared with management. A richer dashboard without timely data and clear ownership does not resolve that decision.

Illustrative example. The appropriate approach depends on the circumstances of each company.
